If you have a youtube account, I think there's a button you can press saying "blog this", and if you've set it up to connect to this blog it should work... I've done it before but somehow it never played properly anyway. might have been my browser.
the code is this {object width="425" height="350"}{param name="movie" value="http://youtube.com/v/TKSdVmYU-fg"}{/param}{embed src="http://youtube.com/v/TKSdVmYU-fg" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"}{/embed}{/object}, but with pointy, not curly brackets.
I'd go with the first way. Just set up a youtube account connected to this blog. It's very easy to post videos to blogger then. Click on the BLOG THIS button under the video.
sorry, i'm quite off the pace with my blogreading at the moment. rather a lot of real life stuff competing for attention.
summary, in case you're unclear: on any youtube page, you'll see 2 "link" text boxes to the immediate right of the video. the first links to the page you're looking at; the second is html text you can paste straight into your blog to put in the little embedded video thing.

YouTube won't let me verify my blog for some reason. So thank you for that code, I'll try that.
