I liked this movie a good deal, it was such a pure escapist romp...of course, to me, pointy-pointed-Points about the tyranny of religion is entertaining and not too deep a topic for relaxing to...erm. YOU GOT ENGAGED OMG! HUZZAH AND HOORAY! Quick word, do avoid theknot.com. Just stay out of there...however tempting it may be. I got a lot of ideas from indie bride and offbeat bride, much better than save the dates and luncheons! HOLY SHIT, Congrats, hon!!!! :))))

Saw the film on the first night. I throughougly enjoyed it and didn't feel it was spolit by the editing.
Now I need to dig out the books again before the next film arrives....
