Wake-up Call

Every now and again a news story comes along that I feel compelled to share.

MORON STUNNED THAT ALLOWING 8-YR-OLD TO PLAY WITH UZI RESULTS IN ACCIDENTAL DEATH

This is my favorite part of the story:

"This accident was truly a mystery to me," he said. "This is a horrible event, a horrible travesty, and I really don't know why it happened."

Um, it happened because you thought it would be cute to let your kid fire an Uzi. Jesus H. Christ in a hula-hoop. Are people really that dumb?? Yes, yes they are.

donn: His degree was probably from Bill and Ted's Excellent Medical School.

Farty: you and me both, mate.

Belladon: harsh, but true!

FN: WHY AREN"T WE IN CHARGE????

Sal: Ooh!

Jamie: um, what did you google? Do we know each other in Meat Space? The Sloe berries are along the Bristol-Bath Railway Path. If you get on a bicycle and follow it about 9 miles east to the Avon Valley Antique Railway, there are sloe trees growing along the north side of the tracks.

Thank you! We don't know each other... I googled "sloe berries bristol", although the kitchen work top and stools in the photos you posted look like Chantry Court ones! (I lived there 2005-2006)
